The Las Vegas Sinfonietta is proud to present the Las Vegas Sinfonietta Academy Orchestra, its dedicated youth ensemble, established to share the artistry, knowledge, and experience of professional orchestral musicians with the next generation. Under the direction of Tyler Gordon, this program provides young musicians with exceptional opportunities to develop their skills, perform challenging classical repertoire, and grow as artists.

The Academy Orchestra is the only youth orchestra in Southern Nevada that operates directly with a professional orchestra. This offers students a unique educational experience through coaching and mentorship from members of the Las Vegas Sinfonietta. In addition to developing their musicianship, students gain valuable experience in effective practice techniques, professional orchestral etiquette, and audition preparation.

By fostering a supportive and challenging learning environment, the Las Vegas Sinfonietta seeks to inspire young musicians, nurture their artistic growth, and ensure that the traditions of classical music continue to thrive for generations to come.
